"Chemical weapons have been banned since the 1920s. Biological ones since 70s. It is now time to ban autonomous killer robots. The technology has arrived" points out Liam. "The terminator / malevolent AI is not what I'm worried about. My concern is the mass production and deployment of killer droids by state actors. We have the capacity to do this now,"
